i bought this book for my 7 year old daughter , more out of curiosity than anything else , as I am a big Suduko fan myself. To my amazement , she picked it up and loved doing it ! I highly recommend it to any parent who thinks they have a “little genius”
AMAZING!

I bought this product for my kids and was amazed at the enjoyment that they got from completing the puzzles. I think that this book is a must buy for any parent that has kids that enjoy a good challenge and want to improve the basic arithmetic skills. Kids pick up the game very quick and are addicted !

my grandchildren all have sudoku for kids by Jonathan Bloom and they cant put it down. it starts with explanations then goes from easy, to medium to harder. even the four olds understand. wonderful their minds. i would highly recomment it!!
Could be better
Rating:3 out of 5 stars
The book is just okay, the fun of Sudoku comes from variety, which is missing in this book. Not saying that it is a bad book, but could have been better, not great value for money, as a more enterprising kid will complete the book in a couple of days, but then it depends on the kid who will do it. One thing to note is that all the puzzles are 4 digits, meaning all sudoku games are with 1,2,3,4 only, the puzzles become more complex and challenging with an uneven set, like 5 or 7 digits. I was expecting the advanced section to have some puzzles like that but it’s not, which is why gave the book 3 stars.
To help you decide my son is 7years old just completed 1st grade, he is good in Maths, but no genius, and the book turned out very easy for him. The age rating of 4 to 6 should be more appropriate for this book IMHO.
