Hard to play..

I was very excited about buying this game when I seen it on Pogo.com. I went to walmart and bought one. I ended up returning it. It had no light to light up the screen so it was difficult to see to play. And glares made it worse. They really need to add some sort of light on the game.

This is probably fine for a child, but I wanted to have a way to play scrabble away from my computer and this definitely is NOT it!!

I have the board game, the card game, the cell phone game, and when I saw this cute ‘lil thing at Wal-Mart for under $[...]…ooooooohhh, I wanted it sooo bad!!!

Got this for my birthday {as an early present}!! I’m a Scrabble fanatic
Some people on here {Amazon replies, posts and such} are complaining about no background light. These types of handheld games do NOT have background lighting. Never have, probably never will. It is what it is.
With this super-cool Scrabble hand-held game, I surely do get my Scrabble-fix!!! It’s just as addicting as all the others. Only complaint is that the game doesn’t last as long as I’d love it to. But, oh well. I love this game sooo much, I keep it in my purse at all times, ‘less I’m playing it in the house.
If you’re wanting this game for travel, just do what I did. Go to your closest dollar store and get 1 of those really cheap book lights or bendy lights; hang it overhead from your visor…works for me!!!!
